Over the past week, my roommate has been making hair bows like its going out of style, and selling them on my campus. She cranks out about 30 of these suckers a night, and it occurred to me that as a female of any age, the ability to make hair bows is a necessity. So she was kind enough to walk me through the process! (And check out the tutorial above for a more comprehensive how-to!)
NEEDED:
- Fabric
- Scissors
